Farm Life...

We have been busy this winter on the farm. We have been puppy sitting frequently in order to keep our puppy fix needs alive. :-) We have decided to stop breeding for a few years until our daughter is older. We have big plans for a very large garden this spring. I am thinking about putting in some raised beds in order to cut down on the amount of weeds and strain on my back. We are also planning on building a green house and deck at our house this summer. A green house brings me hope that I'll actually get a full crop of tomatoes this year!

More puppy pictures.... 6 weeks old

The puppies are now six weeks old. They are officially on dry puppy kibble and have received their first shots today. As of today 4 of our puppies have found their forever homes. Please email or call me if you have any questions.

Puppies are TWO weeks old!

The puppies have just started to open their eyes today. They are still army crawling but some are managing to make it up onto all fours. Ginger has been an excellent mother to them all. She has allowed our daughter to come in and pet her puppies. Two female pups have already found their forever homes!

We have decided to make our theme the "Disney" litter. We have two boys - 1. Simba (Lion King) & 2. Prince (Charming) and seven girls - 1. Cinder (ella), 2. Jasmine (Aladdin), 3. Flower (Bambi), 4. Lady (Lady & the Tramp), 5. Cleo (Pinocchio), 6. Ariel (Little Mermaid) & 7. Nalla (Lion King). I am planning on putting collars on the pups in two weeks in order to start taking individual pictures of them.
